Course 01
Ham Hock Croquettes
Slow-pulled ham hock croquettes, smoked garlic aioli, pickled shallot crisp, and fresh chive oil.
An intimate six-course tasting journey inspired by open fire, 18-hour braises and the warm, comforting nostalgia of the changing season. Every stock, dough and sauce prepared from scratch.
At The Brasa Club, we reject ordinary dining menus in favour of a single, obsessive narrative. Each season brings a fresh theme — a bespoke multi-course journey exploring memory, technique, and fire.
For Autumn, our open hearth welcomes cooler evenings with deep, comforting flavours: 16-hour slow-cooked ox cheek, 18-hour braised Australian Wagyu, hand-folded ravioli, and bourbon-glazed orchard apples. When the season ends, this menu is retired into the archives.
Every sauce, stock, butter, and dough is prepared meticulously in-house daily.
European comfort classics elevated through wood smoke, iron searing, and slow braising.
Carefully curated European natural wines and artisanal hearth-smoked cocktails.
Only one theme per season. Once Autumn departs, our Christmas experience begins.
"An intimate sanctuary for those who believe a meal can be a memory carved in candlelight."
From the glow of our hearth to the curated vinyl soundtrack humming in the background, The Brasa Club was designed as an escape from the city rush. Watch our chefs braise, sear and plate right before your eyes.
Whether joining for an intimate table for two, a weekend celebration, or counter seating, our warm hospitality ensures every course feels celebratory.
